results and ta-tas

A little slow on the racing this weekend, but I did it and I'm proud of myself for running it. 

I did my first ever 5k in roughly 36 minutes (thanks Alyssa for your continuous motivation while we ran!) and hot boyfriend did super awesome, beating us in by nearly 10 minutes.  I'm so proud of both of us!

I just got an email from Alyssa.  She took my picture yesterday pre-race.  It's pretty good, but unfortnuately, you'll have to wait until tomorrow to see it.

Now, for the boobs.

Eden is helping the Susan G. Komen Foundation and the American Red Cross by participating in Boobiethon 2005.  She, knowing my insane love of my own chest, suggested that I also participate.

So, now, I need your opinion.

Okay, so what I want to know from you is should I use the following picture OR should I let hot boyfriend take a new one?  And, if he takes a new one, what artistic license should I take?

- From the photographer's standpoint, tthe lighting is poor, needs more backlighting, and it's a bad angle too (that's from me)
- For artistic lisence, go with black ans white, or be REALLY artistic and do black and white, and computerize it for the red-satin to come out (that's from me too)
- We've run out of suggestions...better not let us go further.

You can't see the back of that bra, but the straps are tight, believe me. Also? No matter what kind of bra I'm wearing, I look like that. Nothing makes them closer together without looking like freaky boobs.

Back to my original question: use this picture or take another one?

last new year's i got drunk and started taking pictures of all the girls' boobs - yours look especially like my friend colleen's, except her bra was tan. :)

i like the idea of a more artistic licens-ey picture. After all, you can never have too many pictures of your own boobs.

I think that you got some really good comments. The lighting isn't the best, but it is good enough. The straps are fine. The color red is perfect. Here is what I think you should do though, let hot boyfriend take another pic and then decide which one you like the best....it certainly can't hurt..heh!

Congrats on the race, don't you love it when you feel good about something you did that turned out well. And you were doing it for a good cause.

Regarding your bra complaint, have you tried the lilyette minimizing bras, they keep my dd's nice and perky, but not fake, looking.

But since it's for charity, I say new pic, taken by hot boyfriend, with no bra. It's for a good cause!
